All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time the order is placed, you will be notified and refunded for the full amount of the order, using the original payment method.
The articles available on our website are available for delivery only to addresses in mainland Portugal. Orders from international customers who use an address in Portugal for delivery are also accepted. Any deliveries outside Portugal are currently not available.
As soon as the order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be available. Delivery times are estimated and start on the shipping date, not the order date. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 working days from the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. The delivery date may vary due to the carrier's shipping practices, place of delivery, delivery method and ordered items. Products can also be delivered to separate addresses.

depend on the weight of the order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, just add the items you would like to buy to your cart and proceed to the checkout page.
